I’m really into this song today. I’ve been listening to this and a remix on repeat erm 4 or 5-ish times since coming upstairs. Cooked a really good shrimp asparagus risotto for our house dinner tonight (with the Greeks and Alex as our guests), along with suuuper coconut ice cream. Finally I used the ice cream maker I got for my birthday in Nov for something I reallly wanted to try :) Mega success.
Yesterday I spent the late morning/early afternoon at the beach in Beverly… it was wonderful. When I took my (borrowed) shoes off and just walked barefoot in the sand, I couldn’t have been much happier. I love the beach. Later in the day we played bocce ball and it was lots of fun. But I think the alone time on the beach was just what I needed. Life got a tiny bit more interesting recently, and I’m excited to see what happens.
